Service / Logistics

The Truck Half Of The Business.

Half of what we sell is the box. The other half is the truck that comes to get it (or bring it). We run routed pickups across five states and a dedicated fleet of trailers and curtain sides — plus carrier partnerships for everything outside our radius.

Coverage

Five states, five days.

We run weekly routed pickups across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan. Most pickups inside that footprint fit a 5-business-day window, and lots of recurring routes hit within 48 hours.

Outbound shipments outside the routed footprint go via carrier partners — full TL, partial, or LTL — with full visibility on the BOL.

  • Dedicated trailers — both 53' dry van and curtain side
  • Weekly routed pickups for recurring sellers
  • Same-week dispatch for one-time large lots
  • Backhauls — we'll deliver and pick up on the same trip
  • Carrier partner network for the lower 48
  • Yard-to-dock or dock-to-yard, no broker hand-off

Our favorite logistics pattern: the swap.

We bring you a load of reconditioned gaylords. We leave with your empty bales or used boxes. One truck, one BOL, one invoice — and your dock space stays clear. About 30% of our outbound truckloads run as swaps. Ask if your route qualifies.

The fleet

What we drive.

53' dry van (×3)

Standard dry van trailers. Workhorse for most outbound and inbound. Air-ride suspension, e-track interior.

53' curtain side (×1)

For loads that benefit from side-load access — wide gaylords, mixed pallet configurations.

48' flatbed (×1)

Specialty for oversize or strapped loads. Rarely used for gaylords, but available.

26' straight truck (×2)

City and short-route work. Liftgate-equipped. Used for sample pickups and small lots.

16' box truck (×1)

Same-day in-town deliveries and pickups. Mostly local Rockford metro.

Partner carriers (50+)

We maintain rates and capacity agreements with 50+ regional carriers for routes beyond our fleet's footprint.

Scheduling FAQ

Questions before you book.

How early do I need to schedule?
Routed pickups inside the five-state footprint: 3-5 business days notice. Non-routed: 5-7 business days for a single direction, longer for backhaul opportunities.
Do you offer Saturday pickups?
Limited. We run Saturday morning routes for emergencies; not part of standard scheduling.
Are your trailers tracked?
Yes, GPS-tracked. Customers can request real-time visibility on outbound shipments.
Can you handle hazmat?
Non-bulk only, with proper UN paperwork. We don't do regulated bulk hazmat — that's a different specialty.
Do you handle international (Canada)?
Yes. ISPM-15 pallets available, cross-border BOL paperwork included.
What about insurance?
Standard cargo coverage included on every load. Additional coverage available for high-value shipments — ask.
